Kothari Organics began with a simple, yet profound question: What am I truly putting into my body as daily fuel—and is it genuinely safe? Amid the careful thought given to life's luxuries, it became clear that our most fundamental need—food—deserved deeper attention and transparency.
Our Story
Driven by curiosity and concern for health, our journey started in Jaipur, Rajasthan, with a mission to reconnect people to real, safe food. The realization that the supply chain for vegetables is often opaque and expensive led us to transform our own patch of land in Chaksu into a living experiment. Without prior farming experience, we grew determined to learn the art of chemical-free, naturally grown vegetables, consulting experts and hiring dedicated guidance to ensure each step was handled with integrity.
